Scope of Work

Design Intent

This is a design-build installation. While the overall scope is defined in this agreement, final placement of stone, plant material, pathways, and other landscape elements may be adjusted in the field to achieve the best aesthetic and functional result, while remaining within the agreed scope and budget.

Payments are due according to the schedule above. Any additional approved work is billed separately and is due with the final payment. Late payments may result in project delays.

Owner Responsibilities

Terms & Conditions

• Scope of Work. Aaron Brand Design will provide the landscaping services outlined above. Any additional services or changes to the project must be approved in writing by the client and may incur additional charges.
• Licensing. Aaron Brand Design is not a licensed general contractor. Existing materials may be reused where appropriate.
• Permits & Communication. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and for communicating with owners of adjacent property regarding the project.
• Liability. Aaron Brand Design is not liable for scratched or marred pavement that may occur in the ordinary course of the project.
• Work Exclusivity. The client acknowledges that Aaron Brand Design may undertake other projects simultaneously and agrees not to interfere with its right to work on other projects in the vicinity.
• Payments. Payments must be made according to the payment schedule above. Late payments may result in project delays.
• Termination. Either party may terminate this contract with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed and any materials purchased up to the date of termination.
• Governing Law. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
